These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Enveu, regarding your access to and use of the Enveu website and the services offered by us. All the functionalities, features, Streaming Services, audio, visual, written media, PDF, Website links and user interfaces, and all content and software associated with the Services as provided by the "Company".

Rights to Use the Services

  • By accessing or using the services or authorizing any user or end-customer to access or use the services, You are agreeing to be bound by these terms. In the event of a conflict between these terms of service and Our Privacy Notice, these terms of service shall prevail.
  • Access to the Services may not be legal by certain persons or in certain states or certain countries or may require government authorization or registration. When you access the Services, you are solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, and the company makes no claims or representations that all the services are lawful in any specific location.
  • The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to register for the Site or use the Services without parental permission.
  • Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted. Account creators may be representatives of corporations or other entities. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested to complete the sign-up process.

We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version of these Terms and Conditions will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. Enveu Flow — Workflow Automation Service

Enveu Flow is a media workflow automation platform that connects CMS systems, AI services, encoding platforms, storage systems, and publishing tools into automated end-to-end pipelines. By accessing or using Enveu Flow, you agree to the following additional terms, in addition to all other provisions of these Terms of Service.

Permitted Use

    • Enveu Flow must be used exclusively for lawful media operations purposes. Permitted uses include live-to-VOD processing, multilingual subtitle generation, metadata translation, clips and highlights creation, content migration between platforms, and automated social media publishing to channels including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
    • You must not use Enveu Flow to process, store, or publish content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
    • You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content processed through Enveu Flow pipelines is content for which you hold the necessary rights and licences.

Third-Party Integrations & Plugins

Enveu Flow provides 18 native integrations with third-party platforms and services, including Mux, Brightcove, Kaltura, JWX, MK.IO, Wowza, Vimeo, Amazon S3, Gladia, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, AWS Translate, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and any HTTP-based API or webhook endpoint. With respect to such integrations:

    • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any third-party integration within Enveu Flow complies with the respective terms of service and applicable laws of that third-party provider.
    • Enveu acts solely as an orchestration layer between your configured systems and is not responsible for the availability, performance, or continuity of any third-party service connected via Enveu Flow. Enveu accepts no liability for failures, processing errors, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
    • Any API credentials, access tokens, or authentication details you configure to connect third-party services within Enveu Flow remain your sole responsibility. You must ensure such credentials are valid, authorised, and kept secure at all times.

AI-Generated Content

Enveu Flow enables integration with AI services including Gladia for transcription, ElevenLabs for voice synthesis and dubbing, OpenAI for metadata enrichment and content summaries, and AWS Translate for multilingual metadata translation. With respect to AI-generated outputs:

    • Enveu is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content produced through third-party AI services connected via Enveu Flow, including but not limited to subtitles, transcripts, translated metadata, dubbed audio tracks, and automated content summaries.
    • You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated outputs before publishing or distributing them to end users or on any platform.
    • You should not rely on AI-generated translations or transcriptions as verified or certified outputs without independent review, particularly where accuracy is material to legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

Workflow Configuration & Operation

    • You acknowledge that Enveu Flow workflows run automatically on trigger and may initiate actions across multiple connected platforms simultaneously. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all workflow configurations before deploying them in a live production environment.
    • Enveu shall not be liable for unintended consequences arising from misconfigured workflows, including but not limited to erroneous content publishing, unintended API calls to connected platforms, or incorrect metadata updates across connected systems.
    • You are responsible for implementing appropriate access controls within your Enveu Flow account to prevent unauthorised creation, modification, or execution of workflows.

User Information

If you register for the Services, you will be asked to provide certain information including a valid email address. You warrant and represent that all such information is current and accurate, and will be kept up-to-date.

You are solely responsible for the information you input or upload to the Services, and warrant and represent you have the right and authorization to register for the Services. The Services may be used only for lawful purposes relating to streaming.

  • The Company specifically prohibits any use of the Services, and all users agree not to use the Services, for any purposes other than those designated by the Company.
  • Moreover, the Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to decide whether the information you input or upload is appropriate and complies with the Terms of Service, other Company policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Company reserves the right to offer Company or third-party services and products to you based on the preferences that you identify in your registration and at any time thereafter unless you opt out of receiving third-party services and products.

General Conditions

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • You understand that Enveu uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, and related technology required to run the Service.
  • You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with the Services or any other Enveu service.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access the Service without the express written permission by us.
  • We may, but have no obligation to, suspend or delete Accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Enveu and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and the company (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
