The project required legacy migration (data, user profiles, and content), complex third-party integrations (Stripe, Firebase, Google Analytics), and reliable live + on-demand delivery—within a hard 4-week deadline.
Enveu delivered QPlus TV on its low-code, modular Experience Cloud, enabling a scalable OTT foundation with a refreshed UX. The platform supported live matches, VOD replays and highlights, multi-tier subscription plans (weekly/monthly/yearly) via Stripe, and operational visibility through Google Analytics and custom dashboards.
Enveu executed a rapid migration from the legacy platform, configured live and VOD workflows, and launched the new experience across web and mobile. Stripe was integrated for subscriptions and recurring billing, Firebase supported backend needs, and Google Analytics plus custom dashboards were set up to track user behavior and content performance.
